Ordered a Onsie as a gift for Christmas on 14/12/12. Paid the £3.99 for 4 day delivery and as it was a Friday thought it would arrive in time to wrap. Thursday, no delivery! Friday, no delivery! Saturday no delivery! So I email customer support on Saturday afternoon and ask what's going on! (Website says somewhere that Boohoo are proud of their email service)
Anyway 24/12/12 recieve an email mid afternoon stating I had been given a refund and my order was cancelled due to no stock!
Personally I think that if I hadn't of emailed them I would still be waiting for the Onsie.
I know it's a busy time of the year but to find out Christmas Eve, 10 days after ordering the Onsie, I was slightly annoyed.
They did offer me 10% off next purchase but I won't be using it or BooHoo again.
