Catherine: Whilst I can of course provide a contact number, I feel I must advise the only number we have is an 0871 number. This is unfortunately charged at 10 pence per minute. I would not want you to have to meet this cost; I can assure you I would be just as efficient as the phone operator in dealing with your query!
