I ordered a game for my son for Christmas on 11th Dec, website said despatched within 24hrs. On the 16th contacted the company through e-mail to say I did not receive item. One reply from company - to investigate. Now the 3rd Jan and I have sent 4 e-mails and website is constantly down and have had no response since the 17th Dec.
Very disappointed and would never order from this company again. Now contacting my credit card company to get my money back.
