I placed an order on 3rd January 2013 with Value Basket for two HTC Desire X phones, price looked good but the whole experience has been a nightmare.
Have still not received my order despite written assurances from Value Basket, I emailed them on 13th January requesting my order be cancelled so far no response.
Also tried phoning the non-existent customer services number which just rings constantly so looks like the whole customer service experience is non-existent.
I would not recommend value basket, its a great shame as I expected a good experience.
I now have to fight to get back my money from them.
