I was really upset by the treatment I received from this company.
I ordered many miniatures for my brother 18th birthday present.
I payed £5 for P&P,
I Ordered on the 15th December and did not receive my order till the 31st of December even though the order specified 3-5 days.
I e-mailed with a complaint as I had not received it, they did not even apologize they just said that they could see it had been delayed! And that I should receive by the following Monday. I feel completely let down. and matters were made worse when 1 of the items i ordered did not arrive as apparently was not in stock, however they did not e-mail me to let me know! I then had to go out and buy extra miniatures from my local supermarket to make up the gift.
Completely gutted! didn't even get a refund on my P&P let alone a discount for my inconvenience. I will NOT order from them again!
