Non-existent Customer Service and no goods to date!!!!

I ordered two Bluebud 7 inch android tablets from Wowcher in December.My wowchers were redeemed on 10th December 2012 (the earliest date you could redeem them) and in the terms and conditions it said to allow 10 working days for delivery.It's now 3rd January 2013 and neither tablet has arrived.I have called Wowcher numerous times,always get put through to a call centre rather than Customer Services Department (do they even exist???),no one ever calls me back and no is able to tell me where the tablets are.I have also emailed them.Again no reply.I am shocked at the complete lack of information on the part of Wowcher,who seem completely incompetent.I've also tried calling Bluebud directly and seemingly no one ever picks up the phone.It's really frustrating.In addition,one of my Wowchers is still showing as unredeemed on my account,even though I had email confirmation from Wowcher that it has been redeemed,and even though when I try and redeem the Wowcher again it says it's already been redeemed.Again I flagged this up with Wowcher over two weeks ago and no one has resolved the matter,so I'm still getting emails from Wowcher,reminding me to redeem a Wowcher I've already redeemed! I've decided that if I don't hear anything by the end of this week I'll be issuing Wowcher with a small claims summons.I can't seem to get any sense out of them and they don't seem to have any intention of honouring our sales contract so it's the best chance I have of getting my money back. I also really don't see why I should be paying a £16 delivery fee for two tablets that haven't arrived almost a month on.I ordered something from a department store on Christmas eve,paid for standard delivery,and it was delivered on 27th Dec so unless Wowcher's suppliers are sending the tablets out via outer Mongolia they really have no excuse for late delivery.It's when you get good service from other stores that you realise just how bad they are!

We are very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your goods.

Wowcher aim to respond to all emails within 3 working days howeverduring busy periods this can be slightly longer. With regards to our contact centre as we want to make sure our customers always speak to a perosn rather than a voicemail we have a mesaging service that picks up calls on our behalf when we are busy. We aim to call customer back within 48 hours.

We have received your email dated today and someone will be in touch shortly with an update.
