Perfect
Ordering process - easy.
It arrived when they said it would - in fact, a day early.
Well packaged, it arrived with no damage.
Picture quality was excellent - I could not have asked for better.
The frame is sturdy enough.
Price - exceptionally reasonable.
Will I use them again? Absolutely.
You cant get better than perfect, thank you Orbit.

As regards buying the insurance, everything went as expected. The only issue I have is that cover is limited £150, whereas the XBox I bought it for was £170, so immediately there will be a shortfall if I have to make a claim. But that was the deal on offer so I will not complain. Heres also hoping that if I should have to make a claim it will be as smooth an experience as simply buying the insurance was. Since I have not had that experience yet I give it a provisional 4 stars at this stage.
