Granted the order was placed via the internet over the Christmas period, the system asked for a date that I would like for delivery, so bearing the time of year in mind I put 28th December if possible. I was just a bit put out that I was asked for phone numbers and e-mail contact however it took for me to ring them on the Friday to ask if it would be delivered I was back at work on Thursday 27th so didn't think it unreasonable that others would be as well! I was told the furniture would be delivered the following Friday Jan 4th. Now this isn't a problem but a little customer care, just drop an e-mail saying no can't do the date required it will be a week later.
Cannot review the quality of the goods as still waiting delivery.
