Overpriced. Online orders go through great. If it's in stock then great turnaround. When it goes wrong their customer service and complaints management team are shocking. Very rude. See other reviews for confirmation. Will only offer partial refunds on products with 5 year guarantee. Will lose RMA (returned products). I have a small claims against them. Avoid this company.
UPDATE TO OcUK reply:
**Dear Sir,
I am sorry to hear of the problems with the RMA process, the motherboard you sent back to us was indeed faulty so we sent it back to the manufacturer to be repaired / replaced for you. However as this was an end of life product (not longer produced) this wasnt possible so we tried our best to accomdate your needs.**
OcUK should have returned MY PROPERTY. OcUK stole MY PROPERTY.
**We offered you a brand new alternative replacement board to get you up and running again or a refund so you could go for something different.**
OcUK should have returned MY PROPERTY. OcUK offered a board that was unsuitable for my requirements. OcUK offered A PARTIAL REFUND. Check out the amount of £107 PARTIAL AMOUNT refunded for a £160 motherboard board with a 5 year guarantee. OcUK Stole MY PROPERTY. Where is it?
**My colleages got in touch with you at each stage of the RMA process to let you know what your options were and you opted for the refund rather than a brand new replacement.**
No, they did not get in touch with me at each stage. I prompted OcUK. I also complained to the management team. This was the managements team reply each time:
I am sorry to hear of your issues, please submit this to the RMA enquiry with your RMA number or order number then the support team can look into this for you.
Great complaints management skills?
**I am sorry if this has caused any problems so as a gesture of good will I can send out some free games for you if you wish.
Please let me know.
Best Regards
James Bailey**
Here's some good will for you. Your competitors are cheaper because OcUK have lost custom to them. Debt. Liability. Just simple supply and demand. This is because their customer service is better. This is probably because they have better teams working for them. You don't go putting off a customer that has spent £3000+ in as many years with OcUK. That is bad business and STUPID! Especially when it really has nothing to do with money and more to do with the consumers rights. I hope the new owners are as eager to see potential sales profits disappearing from their investments as you are. But that's your job, son.
