Very poor delivery, late for Christmas, poor service afterwards!

Ordered clothes for my daughter's Christmas presents. I was quoted pre Christmas delivery and was told that despatch date was 14/12. No goods, no answer to emails, no apology and no compensation. I should have waited for the sales!

I am sincere sorry that your order did not arrive as expected. Kindly note, due to the influx of parcels on our couriers network over the festive period some delays were experienced. We are always interested in feedback from our customers and areas that we can improve on. As our business continues to grow we are always looking to better our service to our customers.

I am very sorry that you have not received a response to your emails, occasionally our replies are filtered through to your spam box. Unfortunately, without access to your account details I am not able to investigate this matter.

Boohoo.com sends out thousands of orders a day. With such a large amount it is inevitable, as with other online shopping sites, that hic-ups can occasionally happen. But I can assure you it is only a very small percentage of orders made where problems arise.

I hope that you do not judge the company on whole because of this issue and that it does not put you off shopping with us again.
