I ordered a bath and it arrived all packed and crated.when we got it into the house and took off the packaging,the bath had a hole in it (not a plug hole).i did not sign and sent it back,now i am trying to get in touch with customer services (calling them that is a joke)
I spoke to one and she told me she would ring me back .24 hrs later still waiting.
I have rung three times today. waited ten minutes no answer....but when you press
for( sales) they answer immediatley(.strange that). I am now awaiting a call back. BUT I WON'T HOLD MY BREATH.......................................................
what more can i say. i needed the mattress for saturday,guest coming,it arrived early so i did not have to hang around waiting for it.very good service.
