Before Xmas I ordered a rug for my son's room through Ebay. I selected this rug from available pictures. I received wrong pattern ( I selected different one!) and in wrong size! I have tried to spoke with seller, but lady on the phone didn't want to give her name, she shouted on me and cut me off few times.
They offered refund, but they told me that I have to send this rug on my cost. My question is : why??? It's seller mistake, not mine, and they should be responsible for this. I am innocent under this circumstances. Why I have to pay for somebody's mistake?? Return dispatch cost 17 pounds, it's a half price of this rug.
Does anybody is able to explain, why I have to pay them for their mistake? I do not think so.
One word- rubbish service, rubbish customer service. Lack of responsibility for service and product.
Avoid them, because if something will go wrong, you will stay without money and nobody help you!
