3 times i tried to order the same items, first time, they took my money and told me the items had been shipped, the next day i had an email to say i had cancelled my order (when in fact they had a computer error), finally got a reply from customer services who offered to refund my money so i could reorder the items. reordered next day whilst items were in stock, two weeks later website still states "being dispatched" turns out once again a computer error, they offered to sort it out next day delivery, but i didnt get my items for another week and 3 of them were out of stock by this point! disgusting that you have to wait a whole day for customer services to email you back as they wont give you a telephone number!
