would NEVER use Boohoo again ! ! ! ( only put one star because I cann't put none ! )

Goods ordered, fine. Money taken, fine. Next day delivery paid for, fine.
Goods should have arrived on the Monday.......................................NO !
You can track your oder ...........................delivered at 00:00GMT ! ! !
Try to find a telephone number to contact anyone, its getting close to Christmas and I really need the goods.
Heres the great bit,................... YOU CANN'T PHONE THEM ! ! !
You can only e-mail them, from which you get an automated reply saying that the relavent department will contact you, but, ( even though you give them all the contact numbers you have) they can only e-mail you ! ! !
So, i receive an e-mail saying that we tried to deliver, ( at midnigt ? ) , I very much doubt that, and that the goods are back out for delivery on the Tuesday, you can track your order ! ! !
So, I track my order, and yes, there it is ! ! ! Yippeee ! ! ! its on the way.
I wait, and wait.
That afternoon ( late pm, before 5 ), I track me order again.
' We tried to deliver at 13:40GMT '. Well, at least this time it's during the day !
The funny thing is, YOU LIED AGAIN ! ! !
The delivery address is my retail shop, you know, old fashioned shop, one that has people in it and a face to answer any questions, and, oh yes, TELEPHONES ! ! !
We are open from 9am to 5pm 6 days a week, and I know that I was in my shop at the ( lied about ) delivery time.
I contacted you again, by e-mail, yet another generic reply, ' there was no one to receive your order, please re book '
Goods finally arrived on Thursday 19th Dec, good job, as we closed for Christmas on the Friday.
SO, all you potential Boohoo customers, if you don't mind paying for express delivery that doesn't happen, or that you don't mind not being able to ask anybody about where the goods are that you've actually paid for , go ahead, be my guest.
For me, an important lesson learnt, ' If you cann't speak to someone, then no one is to blame for mistakes ' , and you, the paying customer, just has to put up with it.
I, for one, WILL use the internet to shop again, but only if the site has a genuine contact telephone number.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are upset with the service you have received.

Our courier service delivers between 7am and 9pm. Unfortunately, the first delivery attempt made to you fell outside of your opening hours. I can confirm that the contact made by the courier to detail this unsuccessful delivery attempt was made at 13:56 however, an attempt was not made at this time. This was to inform you of the prior attempt. I am very sorry for any confusion and inconvenience caused the way in which this tracking system works.

Please be assured this matter has been forwarded to our courier for future improvements to our service.

By way of an apology for this, I have refunded your delivery charge to your original payment card due to not receiving the service that you paid for.

We are always interested in feedback from our customers and areas that we can improve on. As our business continues to grow we are always looking to better our service to our customers.

I hope that you do not judge the company on whole because of this issue and that it does not put you off shopping with us again.
