Very efficient repair and PC came back cleaned (no dust) too!

After an absolute farce of an experience with DinoPC.com's PC building staff and customer service, I turned to these guys to get my computer repaired.

As far as I can tell, they did a tremendous job! I was kept updated via texts/calls and was asked if I wanted a cheaper or pricier replacement PSU and told the end price (incl labour) before they did anything.
The PC even runs so much smoother than when I first bought it AND they cleaned all the dust away!

I would definitely recommend these guys for repairs.
Definitely the place to go if the folks who sold your original warranty decide to void it when you actually need it.

Good value but poorly put together and broken before the warranty expired with no help.


From day 1 I've had issues with my PC from them. The wireless device was faulty and caused constant blue screens of death. This was only solved bizarrely when it was plugged in via an Ethernet cable. I complained 2 years ago (within year 1 of the warranty) when this happened with no help given.

Then yesterday the PSU blew up... I contacted DinoPC's tech support again and was confronted with this smug, illiterate man who simply explained (poorly) that the PSU had blown up and essentially that there was nothing they could do.

This is extremely frustrating because not only am I now over £1,000 out of pocket, I've also lost a lot of work/photos/documents etc...

Either this is an elaborate scam or a VERY poorly run business...

You've been warned. :(
