Sadly, whilst I my item arrived before the stated delivery date the wrong item was sent which meant I did not have my chosen outfit for New Years Eve. I ordered some cable knit leggings but was sent a cable knit mini skirt. This item has now been returend and I am awaiting a full refund.

I am sincerely sorry that you received an incorrect item.
Boohoo.com sends out thousands of orders a day. With such a large amount it is inevitable, as with other online shopping sites, that hic-ups can occasionally happen. But I can assure you it is only a very small percentage of orders made where problems arise.
I apologise for the inconvenience caused and not having the item you wished for New Years eve. I have checked your account and can confirm that you have been refunded for this. However, by way of an apology I have also refunded your postage costs.
