Inconsistent labeling of size of cycling shoes.
We ordered two pairs of cycling shoes, 47W and 42W. The shoes came in the boxes that label "WIDE" but can not find anywhere in the shoes indicating that these are wide size. The shoes also look narrow for us. Still not sure whether we received the shoes in wide size.
There are cleats included in the box but without screws to go with them. The instruction for attaching the cleats is easy to understand.

The letter in the Shimano code that says its the wide model is "E". We put the Wide labels on as its not obvious that it is the wide model, this helps stop any errors for both us and the customer.
Not sure what you mean by cleats as no Shimano shoe comes with cleats, these are only supplied with the pedals. If there where any cleats thats a bonus for you.
