I ordered 4 dresses from the site. They looked lovely and were a very good price so I decided to treat myself.
The dresses arrived in less than a week so that was good. When it arrived though it went next door as I wasnt in. No card was put through the door to tell me so I was lucky that the neighbours brought it over.
All four of the dresses are lovely and they look better on than they do on the site. Sadly though one of the dresses came without the belt it was supposed to. The dress therefore does not look great and when contacting boohoo I was (very efficiently) told that I could send it back and re order but that they could not just send the belt. I understand this although it seems like a lot of hassle to do when the dress was less taht 20 pound. I work a very busy and demanding job so just sending it back becomes difficult and more like a chore. Its a shame because the dress could have been lovely, it was also the one I wanted most of all.
The customer service department did respond to my email very promptly which I appreciated its just a shame that the process has to be so difficult.
