Okay but slow service!

Two separate orders made - returned them at the end of November, refunded nearly a month later one at January 3rd other just before Christmas and god I had to chase them up. Daily emails to their customer service team who replied with the same generic email, so I had to tweet the more helpful twitter customer service team almost everyday. Took ages, clothes are nice but you have to wait ages for any joy as they have no telephone number - all done via email.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are upset with the service you have received. Because we pride ourselves on our email service and believe this is a better and faster way to respond to your queries we don't have a contact telephone number for ordering queries.

We do ask customers to allow up to 21 days for refunds to be processed, however during the festive period this was subject to some delay. I am sincerely sorry that your return was caught up in such circumstances.

We are always interested in feedback from our customers and areas that we can improve on. As our business continues to grow we are always looking to better our service to our customers.

I hope that you do not judge the company on whole because of this issue and that it does not put you off shopping with us again.
