I placed my order on the 31st of January, with next day delivery. When my items didn't arrive on the 1st of January I put this down to it being New Year's Day, and just hoped that it would arrive the next day. It is now the 3rd and I have waited in all day for two days for my order to be delivered. I was told in by email and text that my items would be delievered between 8am and 6pm today. It did not arrive and I have have been forced to rearrange my delivery. Unfortunately, because I have not contacted them before 6pm (an impossible feat as I was still waiting under false hope that my item would arrive at 6pm) my delivery cannot be delivered until the 7th of January, which is completely useless to me as I need my items for the 5th. Words cannot adequatly express my fury at the service provided, not only leaving me without my items of clothing, but with no time to order replacement items from elsewhere.
Update: after my complaints has been heard and responded to, the issue was rectified and I now have my dress in time for my party, which I was very grateful for. Thank you missguided for your help.
