Made a purchase which I returned and £60 was kept into my account. When I reordered other goods I was asked for card details and was given no opportunity to use the credit without making numerous telephone calls. Still have £42 in my account and have tried to order but again asked for card dedtails.
I have used this company on two occassions and their service is excellent. Next day delivery IS next day delivery.
My story same a everyone else. No delivery - no response - no way of actually speaking to a human being. We have had time off work to wait for delivery - nothing but when you track it on the website it says they were unable to deliver. Yeh, right. You were unable to deliver alright!!
