Littlewoods, Your getting worse and worse!!!!!

2.1.13 Ordered a Projector and screen. recieved Email confiming order and delivery on the 9.1.13.Next day 3.1.13 am checked tracker to see if all was going ahead OK . Yes "ORDER WAS WITH OUR SUPPLIERS". Off I went to get the bits I needed for the installation. started to move things about to ready the room for the work to begin.
3.1.13 pm thought I will see if anything has changed on the TRACKER. Yep order is canceled, unable to supply it said. Now I am more than a little ticked off. after making sure it was going to be supplied before I bought the extras needed I now have a load of cables and fixings and nothing to use them on. The item still show on the web site and I have NOT HAD AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL TO EXPLAIN THEMSELVES. Had I not checked I would have been readying the room for nothing. This is the third cock up in the last 7 months. The others being orders going walk about. and broken window blinds. NOT PLEASED !!!!!!!!!
