I ordered a car seat and a very good price, I arrived a week before I expected it and in good condition. I had no reason to contact their customer support so can not comment on that.
I have shopped online with a lot of cycle shops and wiggle is one of the best, great service and quick on returns if needed!
I ordered a sofa online last week, I was happy to wait the 10 weeks estimated for delivery. They phoned this morning and left a message that took me three attempts to understand and get the phone number which I then phoned, waited on hold for 7minutes to be cut off by an operator. I then phoned back waited on hold (pay for decent hold music pleeease) and they arranged delivery for tomorrow - this meant re-arranging work at very short notice and kids drop off, I checked and rechecked with them that the item was in and would be delivered, having committed the day off work and getting home, low and behold a call stating that due to Christmas when they got to the warehouse for picking the sofa did not exist (not sure what that has to do with Christmas), in their system it exists but not in reality, then they stated that it would probably be instock on the 11th of Feb but could not confirm.

They have replied to this post and I am awaiting their contact.

So, I got a refund and an offer of a discount to order again, so I tried, the order came through saying the first week in feb, a very nice lady Contacted me every 2 days or so to say it was meant to be delivered but had not. After about a month the sofa came in stock and was delivered the next day, it seems very good quality for the price. And thank you to Kate who kept me updated through out. In summary I think that the products are good value and with the communication they can be a very good company.
