Great customer service over delay outside their control

Purchased Pioneer DDJ SX with no stock available - however the guys at DJKit said stock was due in seven days and I'd get a unit from that delivery. Pioneer let them down with the delivery but they kept me fully informed in a friendly and professional manner. I was actually pleased when they called me around 10 days before the next delivery was due saying my unit was ready. A classic case of underpromising and overdelivering! Delivered efficiently although their oursourced courier although they missed their time slot by two hours. Again, not DJKits fault!

Would defo recommend and will use again.
