PC Specialist - they are exactly what their name says

I bought my PC from PC Specialist a few years ago. It is a delight. I needed to upgrade the memory capacity so I sent them an e-mail. They quickly responded with easy instructions on how to select and order an upgrade tailored to my original purchase. Very reasonably priced and all completed in a few days. I could even control the delivery arrangements on-line. Perfect.
