I called Creative Audio to enquire about a home cinema amp and was greeted by a helpful person (no telephone messages here!) who asked several questions about our existing equipment in order to ensure it would be compatable and do what we wanted. Ordered the amp over the phone, and was called later the same day to say the courrier had collected and to expect delivery the following day - and hey presto within 24 hours we had the amp up and running. Splended customer service and excellent product. I would highly recommend.
