Like a previous reviewer, was disappointed two of my items were out of stock, but was emailed immediately and asked if I wanted to replace or drop from order. I partially replaced, which brought me below the minimum for free delivery - but this was still given.
Tone of emails was friendly, pleasant, efficient yet human.
I gave them a try because a similar company was out of stock and held over my order, without notifying me, for ten days AND ignored both my emails and text messages, just before Christmas. THAT is what I call bad service: I'll stick with Cheap Supplements in future!
