Had to cancel last minute due to emergency. Late rooms sorted it wonderfully.

Taking daughter back to uni in Bournemouth. Her student digs had a burst pipe, so non of the five students could move back in. Late Rooms and the Royal Exeter agreed to cancel the room without a charge, even though it was a after their cancellation policy. Thank you very very much. Nick at Late rooms was wonderful. Eva at the Royal Exeter was wonderful too.
