I orderd from new looks online website 10 days ago, They dispatched the items worth £50 4 days later, I have been tracking the item on my hermes and all it says is "out for delivery for the past 3 days now. I have to contact new look as my hermes won't speak to me about it so new look has told me that it's "out for delivery" so should be with me today. I had to repeat myself and tell them I have been waiting the past 3 days at home because of the same out for delivery status, they said they'd look Into it for me to see what's happend, expected a call back yesterday, no phone call, rang back today and had to re tell the whole story as it hasent even put down on the system I'm missing my goods.
Now awaiting for another call back tomorrow and still no items. It's appaling service, I have never ever ordered something online and had to wait 10 days and counting. Who knows what's happend to my parcel and where is it? Frustrating is not the word. I will never ever use new look online again!!
