I ordered 4 bunches of flowers to 4 separate locations on New Year's eve. The Iflorist website told me they would be delivered on the 2nd January. On the 3rd of January I was alerted to the fact that none of the flowers had yet arrived to their destination.
I tried to call Iflorist but they do not have a telephone number. When I used their email ticket system I got a reply to say their offices were closed.
Later this evening I have received numerous email confirmations that my orders have now been allocated and WILL be delivered on the 2nd of January !!!
As I have not received the orders as requested and promised, and Iflorist is clearly an incapable and unpersonal company, I will be asking for my order to be cancelled and for a full refund. This doesn't compensate me for the lack of 4 bunches of flowers where I wanted them, when I wanted them. I will be recommending to as many people as possible NOT to use this company as their service is terrible.
