Faulty goods, apalling customer services

Nothing worse than buying a partner a christmas gift, wrapping it up and when they open it it's faulty. Now I understand these things can happen but any right minded business person would fix this as promptly and efficiently as possible. How do you fix a broken christmas present? only 1 way is to replace it right? Lookfantastic refused to do that. Refund? still waiting nearly 2 weeks later. This and the rest of the reviews speak for them selves. NEVER AGAIN
