If it wasn't for the speed tester. Talk Talk would not have sent an engineer to sort out the problem they said I did not have.
My speed read as 3.3 Mbs. After the engineers visit and him changing my profile with his software (Leased from TalkTalk) I now have a speed of about 7.5 Mbs.
More than double. So much better.
Why don't people like TalkTalk do all this their end of the phone line, and give people the maximum they can. My contract is up in a couple of weeks, and I will be looking for another providver.
