My parcel had been opened and one of the bottles was missing. I contacted customer services in order to let them know, and with no hope of getting another bottle as basically there was no proof for them to believe me. They sent me a replacement the very next day and a form to fill in which I scanned and emailed off. I have never had such remarkable service. Well done them. I have told my chums that they beat high street prices hands down for supplements and for service as well, what a great combination. Thank you Simply Supplements.
