Shocking!!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Terrible customer service, nobody you can speak to ask about anything.
My mother wanted a nice chair she could sit on by her fire for christmas with being ill previously, and they have taken her money,and not supplied the chair!!!!!
I will fight this as much as I can.
AVOID, AVOID,AVOID!!!!!!!!!
