Have A Problem - Go Electrical Are There To Help
Ordered a Dualit toaster through Go Electrical. Received excellent communication regarding my order on the Monday with delivery due on the Tuesday. Arrived at correct time on the Tuesday. Unfortunately, there was a factory fault with the item. I contacted the customer service department and explained the problem. Received a response on Wednesday to say that it would be replaced and they would collect the faulty item. Received another email on the same day to say that the replacement would arrive the next day (Thursday). I have just enjoyed my first cheese & ham toasty (Thursday).
Absolutely excellent service. The staff were polite and helpful. The delivery was very quick and reliable. I would highly recommend this company.
