Slow, difficult to deal with that ultimately let me down

I was promised 10-14 days, but despite numerous emails and phone calls the goods never appeared. I have cancelled my order (28 days later) and keep my fingers crossed for a refund. Paid for it on the credit card so it should be ok eventually.
I would avoid this company as it is clearly not UK based. I will post again if the refund comes to reassure any anxious bloggers awaiting theirs!
