DISAPPOINTED

I would like to express my huge disappointment in regard to my last order.
I ordered three items for a cost more than £40 only because it was saying that the delivery will be free and will take up to 3 days. The order has been placed on 27 December 2012. This is not a public bank holiday in UK so it was not indicated on this website too. A normal customer would expect same accurate implementation of the orders. Despite all,I was not warned that my delivery will not take 3 days but even more than a week. I wrote a letter asking the "customer services" when are you going to dispatch my items-I was not surprised that NOBODY responded to my query! Another disappointment! The very next day I called and spoke to someone from BeautyBay team,who explained me that "my order is waiting",because"an item I have ordered was not in stock"!!! Then the person asured me that the item is already in stock and it will be dispatched the same day,because he realized that the order has been waiting for such a long time- another lie!!Why I didn't have this update about the missing item? Why I have never received this update from you? Why I should have wait that long although it was indicated that it will take up to 3 days? Why I had to order items that cost more than £40 just because you provide misleading information to your customers?!
The items that I have purchased from you supposed to be with me by 31st December...today I received mail that says my order has been dispatched! I had to go abroad and now it is very meaningless for me to go without these products....
Its 4th January and I am still waiting for the items!!!!!!!!
