Order took ages to come

I ordered on 17th Dec and goods arrived on 3rd Jan. I chased the order by e-mail but was told that Xmas deliveries were an issue, however I could see the order was pending on their system not in delivery. A poor excuse that was used without checking the detail. Goods arrived in the end and were fine. I probably won't order again.
