Have been a customer for a long time. I ordered some new protein bars to try. They were disgusting, so asked if I could return and exchange for my normal type. The reply, NO!
I understand that the pack is open with one bar thrown away, but I am sure that they could have accepted the return and used the open box as samples.
They did offer me 10% off my next order. No thanks, if my satisfaction as one of their customers is not worth anything to them, I do not want to do business with them. So I will be taking my business elsewhere and will advise others to do the same.
