Now the place I go to for my PC hardware.

I have never had any problems with OCUK with the 21 orders I have placed. Items always arrive on time and as described,

Only problem I had was when I got 3 roccat products in a row that were faulty, though this is common for roccat products. Either way I contacted RMA and they were quick to sort it out, only complaint in regards to this was that they didn't cover the cost of sending back the item which is their responsibility. But I wasn't that worried it just would have been nice.
