Extremely good service, very helpful delivery people

RGB kept be informed of the status of my order every step of the way, and were very polite and helpful when I phoned (several times!) to check on progress (my old washing machine had broken, so I was desperate to get the new one as quickly as possible).
When the delivery men arrived they removed the old machine and delivered to the new machine very carefully; and the space where I keep my machine is not that straightforward.
My decision to purchase from RGB was, I have to say, based on their competitive pricing, so I was delighted that their customer service was so good as well.
