As the website was suggesting orders would be delivered by Xmas I ordered a bed from this company a weej or so before. A few days after paying I called and was told that it would more likely be a month until the bed was delivered. At this point I said I would cancel the order to enable me to shop elsewhere and was told to " read the small print " and could not cancel. When I suggested I would not take delivery of the bed I was again told to " read the small print " as this would still not mean a refund would be given. When I asked the girl on the phone from enquiries if i could speak to her manager or be put through to complaints I was told there was no one else to speak to and that i should learn how to sho on the onternet! Consequently elderly family members have had to sleep on a matress on the floor over Xmas as I was not able to order with a more reputable and reliable company. I would certainly advise that caution be excersized dealing with this amateurish outfit. <external link removed> much better.
