Ordered a Rio 240 Lite Unit for my Tank and discovered after it was delivered that I have in fact got a Rio 180 tank. On contacting the company a very friendly and helpful member of staff immediately said no problem I could have a refund on the first order ( which was entirely my fault ) and they would send out the replacement as soon as they received the second order. As it was over Christmas I was expecting delivery on the 13th of January but was delighted ( As were my fish ) that the unit arrived on the 4th January. In this day and age of slap happy service it is so refreshing to find a company that obviously care about customer service. I will be buying from them exclusively from now on and will recommend them to all my friends.
