Very good - bought before, will buy again
Ordered a just-out-of-production Seiko from them. The basic price was fine but they offered another 5% for Valentine's Day and free national shipping. Arrived after two days exactly as expected. Previous purchases from Nigel O'Hara were also problem-free so I think they're solid and dependable. The only wrinkle was that the Royal mail tracking code wasn't recognised initially, and I emailed them but didn't get a response. If the watch then hadn't then shown up, I would have pressed them on the matter (and before they have been prompt and courteous - but didn't need to in the end. With the benefit of the doubt, five stars.

Very good - helpful and trustworthy
I bought a used watch from them that was in a condition exactly as advertised. Timekeeping seemed a little "loose" (too much daily drift when worn compared to left on the shelf) and they immediately offered to look at it. I appreciated them taking responsibility. As it is, it has settled down and is now OK - it will be regulated again at the next service. Recommended!
