I bought and paid for an asus gtx 670 which costed me £325 normally I would have paid for next day delivery but ebuyer offered me free next day delivery which I was thinking nice of them because I would normally pay for next day.
I wonder what happened to the next day delivery because I paid for this item around lunchtime on Thursday had an invoice from ebuyer stating I would get this purchase delivered Friday which never happened what was the point of the free next day delivery if they cant stick to their quote and I wonder if I would have had such a poor service if I had paid for next day delivery.
I am not impressed at all to ring them and get fobbed off because parcelforce screwed up yet to hear from parcel force that they are blaming ebuyer for not dispatching item with parcelforce until the next day.
what was the point of this they should ditch parcel force one of the worst couriers and if they don't do this they will lose alot of customers in the long term
and I am sorry ebuyer sorry doesnt cut it with me I react to action not words
and now having to wait now until monday I am not impressed you can shove the free next day delivery where the sun doesnt shine and please get you act together I am not impressed and I was a pretty loyal customer
PARECLFORCE should be renamed PARCELFARCE, EBUYER please stop using this useless company they are far better couriers out there how about DPD for example ?

I bought an item from ebuyer on Thursday which was yesterday normally I would of paid for next day delivery but ebuyer gave me free next day delivery as it was my birthday on the 1st of January so I was expecting a delivery on friday ie today.
Only to find out when I rang ebuyer and parcelforce why I never got delivery on the friday when it stated next day delivery to be told it wouldn't be delivered until next week ie Monday and I all got from ebuyer and parcel force was the word SORRY and them blaming each other.
I am sorta glad I don't work for royal mail because I would feel ashamed when they do this sort of thing and get away with it !
There was a time when people like this took responsibility and dealt with professionally with out passing the buck and giving you excuses
