I bought a pair of wellies for my daughter for Christmas, but she hated them! I decided that since I didn't have any, I would return hers and choose different ones for me. This I did using their 'swap' service. I had to email customer services a couple to times to confirm that I had done it all correctly. Their response was fast and polite. Wellies swapped over easily and quickly and money refunded in the same manner. Thanks very much and would certainly use them again.
