Excellent Service

I ordered a chimnea from Greenhouse Warehouse for a Xmas present. When the recipient opened it she was delighted until a crack was noted in the base. I reported this to Greenhouse Warehouse and with no qualms or quibbles they replaced it for me speedily and to the satisfaction of myself and the receiver of the gift.
