poor service at first but sorted in the end

The service was Very poor, not happy at all, still no order arrived even after paying for express delivery, phoned and got fobbed of with excuse about ticket numbers, then guy said item was delivered in june i only ordered December 27th was told posted for next day, no tracking details could be fond with info given, really disatisfied with this company and would never use again. After a few days of waiting my order was sorted, hope to receive it tuesday fingers crossed, give credit to company for refunding postage costs, so not as bad as first thought.

I can see you placed the order on 27th of december

We are sorry for the problems you had and its not our normal service

We were closed some days between christmas and new year and also we had limited staff on for customer services, i can see that he picked up on an older order rather than the latest one for tracking and I have explained about this to the staff member as are not the one normally dealing with the emails about how to do this proper.

I have just refunded your postage charges also for the issues.
