Ordered a product on Tuesday 2nd January before 2pm with the hopes of receiving the item next day. Items hasn't shows for 3 days now, order is stuck on "order in process". Funds taken from my bank account and the items haven't left the warehouse yet. Spoke through email to a gentleman and when I asked to cance the order he didn't reply, I sat 10 minutes on hold waiting for the staff to answer the phone, tells me cause the order is so far on it can't be cancelled....what a load of BS if the good are still in the warehouse of course you can cancel the order! I shall be seeking advice through CAB and speaking to trading starndards about your false advertsing and lousy service.

"Thank you for your email, I am deeply sorry for this inconvenience I can confirm the order has been delayed with our warehouse this is due to our back log I am sorry for this. I have looked into the order and I can confirm it will be with you early next week I am sorry for this as I can imagine your frustration but this is merely due to the time of year, if there is anything else I can help you with please contact."
Recent update 15/01/13: This company is a farce. When they said they couldn't cancel the order I made sure I was off to sign for the items coming Monday. Sunday evening I get a message telling me the order has been cancelled. The good we're at the depot ready to be delivered to my address on 7th Jannuary. They got reconsigned back to their warehouse and I'm still waiting for my funds to be restored to my banks account.. Quick enough to take them, but taking a lifetime to pay me what's owed. That's over a week to receive their good back through DPD next day delivery and waiting over a week to reimburse me. Tried phoning twice, on hold for 10 minutes and they hung up. STAY CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE!!
