On ordering samples,tiles were a very good price and quality compare to local stores, choose Milano Blue tiles, put in order and it arrived within expected time, all tile in good condition. Tiles laid well and were perfect for our kitchen.
The clincher for me is that having not ordered quite enough, phoned up and asked if they did part boxes and chap on phone was happy to oblidge, got the personal touch with the service which you don't get much these days, would happily recommend and would also use myself again if needed. Good customer service is very hard to get these days but Carpet Tiles Direct give you this service.
